The Profile displays all employee information including their contact details, as well as their Level, Achievements, Certificates, Points / Credits balance, etc. Employees can personalise their Profile page and update their Cover Image, thus giving them the opportunity to express their individuality.

Employees can browse through the company directory and view other employee’s profiles. Searches can be done by; Name, Surname, or filtering by Team, Branch or via the first letter of their name.


All new employees that have joined the company are featured on the Dashboard as New Arrivals This gives new employees the opportunity to be welcomed by other employees in the company, even if they are in a different team, or branch.
Employees can add a custom cover image, to add a bit of personality to their Profile. (Refer to Profile for more info.)
Profiles are a great way to showcase an employee’s list of Achievements that they have earned, including certificates, Levels, Points and Credits.
